Charles Boyer, EdD, BCC, CMC, is a highly experienced executive, educator, conductor, consultant and certified coach. Charlie has served as a volunteer leader in numerous professional, church and civic organizations. Charlie enjoys people, pets, music, writing articles, creating and teaching new courses, and passing along family stories to the grandkids. More recently, he created the Team 412 Academy to prepare volunteer leaders to serve.
